Another point is that most of them are located in non-metropolitan areas or remote rural areas or coastal areas due to environmental protection factors in chemical and petrochemical plants.  Therefore, in addition to some corrosive gases or liquids that are easily generated in the chemical process itself, we must also pay attention to the damage of pipelines and equipment caused by salt damage or sulfur gas in the environment.  Matters needing attention in monitoring explosion-proof construction details: Is the cable type used in the monitoring system suitable?  Because it is very difficult to replace the communication line once it is completed, it is not allowed to steal or replace it.  The model of explosion-proof pipeline and cable piping should be suitable. rsg pipe must be used instead of emt pipe. This is a mistake made by many manufacturers and a deliberate cost reduction.  If metal hoses or explosion-proof hose are used, armored materials can be used in places where there is a risk of impact.  The use of cables for explosion-proof pipelines should consider their withstand voltage value to avoid thermal effect or short-circuit combustion explosion caused by insufficient withstand voltage.  No connection is allowed in the pipeline;  If necessary, the line relay should be treated with explosion-proof junction box, and cable connection cannot be directly carried out in the pipeline.  The outer surface of the cable cannot be obviously damaged, and the outer skin can only be used without damage.  The terminal cables of explosion-proof pipelines entering the explosion-proof box or equipment box shall be connected to the terminal block, and copper wires shall not be butt-connected to avoid sparks.  The pipeline tightness of explosion-proof box body, conduit and metal hose must be considered. In order to block the line joint between the pipeline and equipment, the end of entry shall be filled with explosion-proof powder or paste to prevent the joint from connecting the pipeline.  Explosion-proof pipelines shall be constructed by steel pipes with galvanized thick pipes, and npt threaded connection shall be adopted instead of emt pipe sleeve.  The joint of explosion-proof pipeline shall be tight and free from loosening. The pipeline shall be sealer with explosion-proof powder at the outlet and inlet of the equipment body about 30-45cm to prevent electrical sparks.  The joint of the explosion-proof pipe on the pipeline and the drain hole on the explosion-proof box should be located at the lowest part of the pipeline.  During the construction of explosion-proof pipeline system, cables shall be completely placed in the pipeline, and buried seals or groove seals shall be used for connection across different explosion-proof specified hazardous areas.  The explosion-proof cable construction method shall use pressure-resistant explosion-proof joints or safety expansion joints at the entrance and exit of monitoring or pipeline connection equipment.  All explosion-proof pipelines and monitoring equipment, explosion-proof equipment boxes and blocking boxes must be grounded. At the same time, it should be ensured that the connecting wire diameter and grounding terminals for grounding conform to the regulations and undergo corrosion resistance treatment.  The grounding of explosion-proof equipment shall conform to the general grounding requirements, and the electrical resistance shall conform to the electrical regulations.  Explosion-proof camera equipment requires strict equipotential grounding, so it is advisable to adopt only one grounding point for its own grounding security.  The explosion-proof camera terminal shall adopt electronic surge protection and circuit breaker protection equipment to ensure the safety of the equipment.  The distance between the monitoring pressure-proof explosion-proof box and the surrounding process objects should be kept at a certain distance. if iia stipulates that explosion-proof equipment should be kept at least 10mm, to higher iib, explosion-proof equipment should be kept at least 30mm, to iic?  Explosion-proof equipment shall keep a distance of at least 40mm from other equipment.  Equipment grounding and line safety lines shall be kept separate or separated by metal partition in explosion-proof box or distribution box.  High voltage and low voltage lines should be arranged in different cable ducts or trunking for the principle of pipeline arrangement. Otherwise, isolation plates must be provided for better separation.  Explosion-proof electrical pipeline construction piping, electrical equipment metal shell and cable shield shall be grounded, and the indirect bonding of metal piping shall be connected to the second section of pipeline by pipeline grounding wire.  The threaded joint of explosion-proof pipeline piping must have at least 5 pitches.  The allowable bending radius of explosion-proof camera pipes, pipelines and cables shall be at least more than 8 times the cable radius.  Explosion-proof cameras shall be pre-set with protective cover and camera lens, and cannot be assembled in hot work forbidden areas.  All fixed metal screws of explosion-proof equipment must be made of stainless steel #sus316 to avoid rust.  The pipeline cutting must also adopt the cutting preset operation outside the explosion-proof area, and the pipeline cutting must not be carried out in the hot work area.  .  Construction personnel in the explosion-proof area should preferably wear cotton work clothes and cotton trousers to avoid the danger of explosion caused by static electricity generated by friction of ordinary clothes.  Cameras and other equipment shall be installed with fixing parts in explosion-proof areas. Fixtures can be used as long as metal galvanized fixtures are available. No welding or wall drilling bolts shall be used for chemical installation of alarm prevention monitoring system.  The ptz camera is better integrated because too many line contacts increase the risk of explosion.  Infrared projection lamps are not suitable for monitoring in explosion-proof areas. They can only be used in non-explosion-proof areas. Do not make such mistakes.
