Explosion-proof cameras belong to explosion-proof monitoring products and are the cross product of explosion-proof industry and monitoring industry. Because conventional camera products cannot be used in high-risk flammable and explosive sites, explosion-proof cameras with explosion-proof function are required.  Riot cameras are anti-violence, anti-damage, or anti-strike, etc. These products have a relatively hard shell, but do not have explosion-proof electrical performance and certification.  Some friends can't distinguish explosion-proof cameras from riot cameras and apply riot products to high-risk flammable areas. This practice has a very high risk factor and even causes serious damage to people and property caused by explosion.  Explosion-proof cameras can be used in places with harsh environment, so they are rapidly popularized in gas stations, chemical plants, flour mills, coal mines and other fields.  In order to make production safer, more and more engineers have chosen explosion-proof monitoring equipment to monitor daily production.  So how to buy explosion-proof cameras?  What should we pay attention to when installing explosion-proof cameras?  First, how to choose and buy explosion-proof cameras. Motion detection with respect to motion detection and automatic tracking refers to the detection of tracking targets when moving. When the picture changes, such as someone passes by, the system will automatically make corresponding processing through certain settings, i.e. send out alarm signals.  Regarding the alarm function, the self-checking alarm of explosion-proof camera is very important. Self-checking alarm is an important guarantee for stable mechanical performance and stable operation of explosion-proof camera.  Some explosion-proof cameras also have alarm ports. The alarm interfaces are connected with other alarm devices. In case of abnormal conditions, the alarm linkage function can be realized.  If the explosion-proof camera lens is artificially blocked, it will also give an alarm to ensure smooth monitoring.  The most important thing in the selection of explosion-proof cameras is the integrity. In order to enhance the environmental adaptability of explosion-proof cameras, value-added accessories such as sunshade covers, heaters, filters, wipers, fans/semiconductor refrigeration devices, etc. are usually added to ensure the stable operation of equipment and the clarity of monitoring pictures.  At present, the international mainstream mode of explosion-proof camera is explosion-proof type, which is characterized in that a conventional common camera is placed in a special shell, the shell has the function of isolating sparks and electric arcs generated by electrical components in the shell from explosive mixtures outside the shell, and can bear explosion pressure generated when explosive mixtures entering the shell are ignited by sparks and electric arcs of electrical equipment in the shell, and the shell is not damaged;  At the same time, it can prevent the explosive products in the shell from propagating to the explosive mixture outside the shell and will not cause the explosive mixture outside the shell to burn and explode.  2. Precautions for Installation of Explosion-proof Camera The inlet of explosion-proof camera must be sealed with rubber sealing ring, and other methods such as filling sealant mud and asbestos rope are prohibited.  It is forbidden to fill any substance in the cavity.  Loss of explosion-proof performance;  Oil stains on rubber sealing rings should be scrubbed clean to avoid aging and deterioration.  It is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily change the structure of explosion-proof camera, parts and internal wiring of equipment.  Fastening bolts shall not be replaced or missing at will. The redundant elastic gasket and metal gasket at the wire inlet and outlet must be kept in the factory sealed state, and the compression nut shall be tightened to seal the wire inlet.  It is better to use dark lines for wiring. If there is really no way to use open lines, it is necessary to ensure that the physical protection of the line part is the best.  Attention should be paid to avoid strong impact on the explosion-proof infrared camera during installation. Before installation, it must be confirmed whether the power supply voltage is the specified voltage so as not to burn out.  During routine operation and maintenance inspection, the explosion-proof camera housing should be avoided as far as possible, and the power supply should be cut off when it must be opened.  If the flameproof enclosure is opened, the flameproof surface shall be properly protected and shall not be damaged. During overhaul, the flameproof surface shall be placed upward and shall not directly contact the ground. After cleaning, the flameproof surface shall be coated with phosphating paste or 204 antirust oil.  The explosion-proof infrared camera uses infrared light emitted by an infrared lamp matched with a ccd to reflect the infrared light on an object to the lens of the ccd camera for imaging.  Therefore, when installing the explosion-proof infrared camera, we should avoid all black objects, empty places, water and other objects that absorb infrared rays. If infrared rays are absorbed or weakened, the effective irradiation effect of infrared lamps will be greatly reduced, thus affecting the monitoring picture effect of the explosion-proof infrared camera.  Now, explosion-proof surveillance cameras have become indispensable security equipment in many special industries, chemical plants, gas stations, fireworks factories, military factories, coal mines and other places can see explosion-proof cameras.
